This page contains information on the lead service line inventory required by the SD DANR. Please help us complete this mandatory survey. It only takes a few minutes and is very easy to do. If members do not complete the survey voluntarily the water company will be required to complete it for them, at a fee. All members are encouraged to voluntarily complete the survey by visiting the SD DANR website here: SD Lead Water Pipes. The picture of the service line entering the residence needs to be uploaded to the SDDANR website as a ".jpeg" file type.
To complete the survey on a printed form please download and print the form at the bottom of this page (under relevant documents). When the form is completed email it, and a picture (jpg or jpeg) of the service line entering the home, to [email protected].
